Strike Taps and Round Dies
All
Strike taps and round dies are milled and ground from
the solid, and undergo a severe quality control in order
to guarantee that they are always up to our customers'
expectations.
Both HSS Hand Taps and Machine Taps are made with AISI
M2 steel, as well as the Round Dies. Hand Taps are available
in 1, 2 or 3 pcs sets; Machine Taps are available in DIN
371 or DIN 376 versions, with flute chamfer form "B" or
"C". We offer machine taps with "C" flute chamfer also
in the versions 15° right spiral and 35° right spiral.
CO Machine Taps are made with high speed Cobalt AISI M35
steel, so that they can be used to work even the most
resistant steels. We offer them also in TiN or TiAln versions,
with a coating that improves their performances.
Usually we offer our Taps and Dies with metric thread.
Different threads are available on demand.
